Helen & John : Gawsworth & Colshaw Hall

Helen  and John wanted an ivory and white colour scheme for their flowers which would complement the jade green colours for the bridesmaids' dresses and men's accessories. Helen loved small and dainty flowers and natural, flowing foliage.

Helen's hand-tied bouquet contained "Cream Gracia" spray roses, alstromeria, freesia and waxflower with a selection of foliage including fountain grass and asparagus fern while John wore a boutonniere of small spray rose heads and foliage.

The bridesmaids carried a smaller version of Helen's bouquet with the same flower material.

St James the Great Church, Gawsworth was decorated in the same style with pew ends of roses, waxflower and foliage.

The reception venue was Colshaw Hall where we used country-style zinc jugs and jars on the guest tables filled with seasonal flowers in the bridal colours and style with the addition of pots of fresh herbs.
